A look at the entire home for defects in the four major systems (electricial, heating & air conditioning,structural and plumbing) as well as areas that can affect these systems. The inspection is primarily used by the buyer of a home but can be very helpful for other uses such as a home check up and at the end of a standard one year warranty of a new home. A printed report with pictures is given to the customer at the end of the inspection and they can access the report online as well.
